Get Your ID Badge & Parking Permit
Summa Barberton Hospital and Summa Wadsworth Rittman Hospital employees will receive their ID Badge and Parking Permit on the 1st Day of employment.
For all other employees, your identification badge (ID badge), parking permit and fingerprinting, if required, are obtained from our Protective Services ID Badge office. Driving Directions & Map - Click here Hours of Operation for ID Badge & Parking Permits Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. The last person will be processed at 2:55 p.m. Hours of Operation for Fingerprinting Monday through Friday 7 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. What to bring: One Photo identification (Drivers license, state ID, passport) Your Vehicle year, make/model and license plate number Social Security number is required for fingerprinting Remember... Wear your ID badge on the upper left part of the body at all times while on Summa Health System property A lost ID Badge should be reported immediately:
