Diversity Award The Diversity Award was created in honor of Virgil E Collins, a visionary leader and founding member of Summa’s Diversity Advisory Council. He appreciated the uniqueness of everyone he encountered while never ceasing in his effort to bridge our differences. Through his humility and enthusiasm he represented the true spirit of the community. Embracing diversity is an important goal at Summa. Understanding and appreciating our similarities and differences allows us to maximize individual and organizational success.
