What We Expect: Annually
Performance Management
The performance management/evaluation system at Summa Health System has been designed to accomplish better communication and performance among all employees. Each year you will be expected to work with your supervisor to set and contribute to individual, departmental and/or system-wide goals. Annually, you should participate in a formal performance appraisal.
Compensation and Rewards
Summa Health System's compensation and reward systems are developed to be supportive of the organization's mission, philosophies, vision, values and strategic direction. A key element of this is to develop and maintain compensation and reward systems that are internally equitable and competitive in the relevant market place in order to recruit and retain quality employees.
